Stucco 'AquaHit' approx £45 inc for 5ltr

Waterborne, single-component, acrylic finish, particularly suitable for light wood species (oak, maple, ash, etc.). Designed for ease of application, AQUAHIT does not deepen the natural colour of the wood, provides excellent coverage and good wear resistance. Can be used with Carver SUPER PLUS cross linker.

For interior use in residential application.

I have a real soft spot for this varnish, originally produced by Carver of Germany under the same name or maybe Stucco is the same company.
The leveling on this varnish is so good you can almost throw it on the floor and it looks great. Probably the first waterbourne varnish we really got on with.

Mat - Satin

Shame its acrylic a poly version would be harder to work but so much tougher, add a cross linker to make it a bit more wear resistant, although it seems to stay good for ages.

Quite highly priced for an acrylic varnish but its seems to be more than that, It does withstand wear more than any other acrylic ive ever used and gives you a perfect finish every time. Trusty stuff!
