Ronseal Trade 'Quick Cure' approx £45 inc for 5ltr
A unique development by Ronseal in 1 pack water-borne technology. A polyurethane formulation that gives rapid drying, recoat and hardness build up, ideal for both domestic and commercial flooring.
• Excellent scratch & chemical resistance.
• Low odour/none yellowing
• Dry Time 30 minutes.
• Recoat 90 minutes.
• Light Traffic 4 hours.
• 100% Cure 12 hours.
Matt - Silk - Gloss
We originally trialled this varnish before it hit the retail market and we gave it the thumbs down then, It may be 100% cured in 24 hours, but who cares, this seal is a big no no. If you have to use it then please apply it under natural light as the leveling quality is diabolical, any lines left will show. Most varnishes are non yellowing nowadays so really there is no reason to use this. Pay more for something that will look nice and last just as long..

We will be road testing 'Armafloor ' A Brand New Polymerised Acrylic Emulsion Based Varnish from 'Rystix Timbacare'.
We have just taken delivery of the Smith & Rodgers range of Seals and Waterbased Stains.
We will be road testing Aquacoat SP in Matt, "we just love matt", Aquacoat XTRA in Satin & Aquastain in Medium Oak & Walnut.

Ronseal Quick cure
Well my view of this product is the exact opposite of that posted above.
I applied it 3 years ago to a floor that was 20 sq metres.
It took me 20 minutes per coat with large roller, looks very smooth, very strong, everyone who sees it is impressed.
Three years later it still looks like new.

I agree with the first comment, It is not nice to use, there's much better varnish to be had, If it still looks good after 3 years and every one that see's it is impressed, then perhaps you should start walking on it and stop showing everyone how amazing ronseal is. (LOL)
