True this really is a great little
tool, but beware you need to find an outlet for good quality belts,
tends to break the joints on slightly inferiour sanding belts
very easily, we use hermes belts for ours and occaisonally you
can still get a bad batch and start popping belts like there going
out of fashion.
Using a 60 grit we find is harsh enough
to remove anything from the corners, cut out against the grain
to clean off, then with the grain using smooth forward and backwards
strokes to smooth out, A quick 80 and 120 by hand is all thats
needed now, and takes seconds.
